The Exercise Prescription

Our exercise prescription begins with a functional movement screen. This screening allows us to create an individualized exercise program that focuses on your personal goals while preventing injury. Our exercise programs are also designed and downloaded into the MyWellness app, meaning we can help you keep track of your progress and change things on the fly. We can even design multiple programs for use inside the facility or at an off-site location, such as when you’re traveling on a business trip.

Individualized Nutrition Prescription

As part of your biometric screening, we perform a metabolic rate test, which allows us to create a personalized meal plan that takes into account your caloric needs, desire to lose or gain weight, and any disease you may have. We work with you to develop a process of tracking and planning your meals— foundations for a lifelong nutrition plan that works. As our programs are also medically monitored, we guarantee you’ll feel supported and capable every step of the way.

Monthly Classrooms

Each month, one of our physicians hosts a classroom on a variety of topics focused on creating a long-term plan for well-being. Our topics range from nutrition to exercise, stress management to sleep health, but all with the goal of keeping every aspect of your health optimized. By participating in an educational environment where you can interact with other patients who share the same goal, we promise you’ll find both the support and the motivation to make your new lifestyle changes stick.

Biometric Screening

Our program begins with biometric screening. This testing includes a body composition analysis, metabolic rate testing, and a functional movement screening. Your body composition measures body fat and lean muscle mass, which helps us plan for both your short-term and long-term health goals. The metabolic rate testing is instrumental in creating a personalized nutrition plan for all of our clients, and a functional movement screening allows us to create an individualized exercise program to improve your health and prevent you from getting injured.

Our Process

Your Story

Our process begins with you and your story. Where you’ve been, what you’ve done, where you are, and where you want to be. We review what you’ve done in the past to reach your goals, both what worked and what didn’t. We also delve into your past injuries, medications and medical therapies, and ongoing medical problems. Based on this story of you, we develop a roadmap to the future you, who you want to be, how you would like to look and the way you want to feel.

Evaluation

Your journey begins with meeting with our doctor, to gather your medical history and gain insight into your personal goals. Then we perform baseline biometric testing to check your body fat, cardiorespiratory fitness and metabolic rate. This is followed by a movement screening process, so we can personalize your program based on your strengths and outline weakness to improve on and prevent injury.

Planning

Your personalized program is designed, creating an exercise roadmap to get you to your goals. While goal directed, our programs are designed with corrective exercises and injury prevention, so we can keep you moving in the right direction throughout your journey. All of you programs are designed on the MyWellness platform from TechnoGym, which allows to assess and modify your program as improvements are made.

Implement

Our coaches will be with you out of the gate, helping you build the foundation to a lifelong journey of health. In our facility, our experts constantly supervise our clients to make sure they are training with as little risk of injury as possible. Our process will give you all the tools you need for success.
